Returns and Exchanges

OVERVIEW

At Tactical Pause Apparel, we are proud to serve veterans, first responders, and those who stand in the gap. Our products are produced on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is made specifically for you, we maintain a limited return and exchange policy as described below.

We encourage all customers to carefully review sizing information before placing an order. Our size guides are available on every product page to help ensure the best fit.

WHAT WE ACCEPT

We accept returns and exchanges ONLY for items that arrive:

  • Defective (manufacturing flaw, print error, or product damage)
  • Damaged in transit
  • Materially different from the product described or shown on our website

All other return requests, including but not limited to the following, will not be accepted:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Fit or style preference
  • Unauthorized returns or items sent without prior approval

CUSTOMER SIZING RESPONSIBILITY

All sizing is the sole responsibility of the customer at the time of purchase. Tactical Pause Apparel does not accept returns or issue refunds for sizing errors made by the customer.

Before ordering, please:

  • Consult the size guide on each product page
  • Measure yourself and compare to the provided size chart
  • When in doubt, size up

⚠ Important Notice: By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the product size guide and accept full responsibility for the size selected. Returns or refunds will not be issued for sizing errors.

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST

If you believe your order qualifies under our defective/damaged policy, follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us Within 30 Days

Email us at sales@tacticalpauseapparel.co within 30 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.

Step 2 — Provide Photo Evidence

Attach clear photographs of the defect or damage. Photos must show the item, the issue, and the product label/tag. Requests without photo documentation cannot be processed.

Step 3 — Await Approval

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Do not ship any item back without receiving written approval first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Step 4 — Ship to Our Returns Address (if directed)

If your return is approved, you will receive shipping instructions. Send approved items to:

RESOLUTION OPTIONS

Upon approval of a valid return or exchange claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement of the same item in the same size (subject to availability)
  • Store credit equal to the value of the defective item
  • Refund to the original payment method (at our discretion, for confirmed defects)

Tactical Pause Apparel reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

FULFILLMENT PARTNER POLICY

Tactical Pause Apparel uses Printful as our on-demand fulfillment provider. As a result, all returns and exchanges are subject to Printful's return policy in addition to the terms outlined here. Printful does not accept returns for buyer's remorse or size errors.
