REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Tactical Pause Apparel, we want you to love your order. Because our products are custom printed on demand through Printful, please review our policy carefully.

Eligibility We accept returns and exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed. Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Timeframe Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return Email us at sales@tacticalpauseapparel.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or incorrect item. We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
