What's our return policy?
At Tactical Pause Apparel, we are proud to serve veterans, first responders, and those who stand in the gap. Our products are produced on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is made specifically for you, we maintain a limited return and exchange policy as described below.
We encourage all customers to carefully review sizing information before placing an order. Our size guides are available on every product page to help ensure the best fit.
WHAT WE ACCEPT
We accept returns and exchanges ONLY for items that arrive:
- Defective (manufacturing flaw, print error, or product damage)
- Damaged in transit
- Materially different from the product described or shown on our website
All other return requests, including but not limited to the following, will not be accepted:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Fit or style preference
- Unauthorized returns or items sent without prior approval
What is our shipping policy?
Every item is made to order to cut waste and keep prices fair. Orders are printed in 2–7 business days and delivered 3–7 business days after that (US), usually about 1–2 weeks total. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is always free.
What's it made of and how do I take care of it?
Premium Cotton Heritage M2580 pullover hoodie — a soft, tailored fit built to actually hold up, not just look good on day one. Smooth cotton face with a soft fleece lining.
Every design is direct-to-garment printed — no cracking, no fading, no peeling after a few washes like cheap heat-transfer gear.
